This rotor kit will only work with AP Racing calipers.

Machining the Akebono caliper will reduce reduce (significantly) the caliper bridge strength and may cause some flex in the caliper when it is really hot.

Best option is to return the rotors and get a refund.

I do have a pair of DBA rotors for the Akebono calipers (these have a recessed hat to clear the bridge in the rotor - I can send a photo if you are interested) in my shed that are surplus to requirement - PM me if you are interested but freight from Australia to Europe will be slow and expensive I think.

LMAO, slow is an understatement with international delivery. I have been waiting since the end of April for parts to come from BMW Europe.
