In my opinion, the casters are good enough (I usually want to see +8 degree or nore). Personally, I will change the front toe to zero or slightly negative (twitchy steering). Front cambers need to be around -2 degrees and the rear camber around -1 to -0.5 degrees. Rear toe is good. Remember that these numbers are my preference and they are not for everyone.

He doesn't have adjustable front upper control arms.

I will just drive for now and get adjustable front upper control arms when i get new set of tire or rims, is adjustable rear control arms needed?

I am not sure I would trade their protestors or not even though I side with them. I would be a whole different scenario if the had access to weapons as readily available as we have in the US.
