Your link specifically refer to the rear rotors. For the rears, and being 1 pc, I don't see any reason to pay this amount. Heat paint marking is a nice touch, but again, the rears aren't the concern as far as heat dissipation. All else equal, rotor by itself isn't going to provide higher friction. Weight wise, these provide no or negligible (if any) reduction in weight over any other 1 pc rear rotors. So functionally, there isn't any advantage for most.
