Excessive front tire wear

Damn, -5° camber. I run only -3° on my Z06 when running soft compound slicks. Caster is, however, set at +8°. Is there a reason why initial camber was that

Caster is, however, set at +8°. Is there a reason why initial camber was that low? I'd rather run a higher number (probably around -2°) for camber and much higher positive caster (over +7°).
