Default Dragging/rubbing noise, help!!!

Hey fellows, I own a 16 Nismo V2. A couple of weeks ago I pulled my handbrake hard doing about 3mph. The car stops, but I hear a clunk. Like something shifted. Immediately after that, I am getting a "rubbing" or some contact noise coming from the rear. I put the car on a lift, nothing looks abnormal. Took the rotors off. Nothing looks abnormal. Put OEM rotors back on. Same noise. Maybe a tad louder. Change pads. Same ****. Calipers are properly torqued to the knuckle. All my SPL components look fine. I haven't adjusted the rear shoes since the hand brake DOES work. I take it to Nissan. Their "master Tech" is a moron and tells me my aftermarket rotor is warped and that's the cause. ********. I change it just for ***** and giggles. Of course that's not he cause. Nissan charges me 76$ for their time. I move the Hub with the wheels off. Good rotation. No noise. The spindle nut and cotter pins are intact. The car seems to shift fine. The clutch seems to be grabbing fine. I have no idea what I have done. I have looked at the e brake cables. Seem fine. I have no idea what to do. Is there a chance the whole e brake assembly has shifted and now is rubbing the rotor? Could the clutch be making this noise due to the sudden back and forth created by the e brake pull? I am lost. I'm worried I'll take it to Nissan again and they'll tell me some ******** and it wont be the case. Anyone have anything similar happened to them? Please help.

Maybe shoot a video?

Does it sound like rubber on rubber/plastic...metal on metal...rubber on metal...?

Doesnt sound like plastic. I'm not sure if there is any plastic around the hand brake assy or rear axle? Not a grinding noise either.

So the noise started after you pulled the handbrake. At low speed with the windows down. Drive forward and then back up to see if the noise does it in both directions. Helps if you have someone standing near the rear when you do this.

You had the rear rotors off. Are the e-brake shoes still intact?

@Rusty yes. I believe so. The noise does not start until I'm doing about 30nph or higher. The car is not my daily. It only has 26000 miles on it. Everything looks very clean inside the rotor.

The shoe assy looks very clean as well. Is here a chance the whole assy has shifted? Is it even a brake issue really. It has to be though.

The noise is in the rear?

@Rusty yes sir. It is coming from somewhere around the back I believe. When I drive, it seems to be behind my seat. Noise can travel a bit but it seems to be coming from the back.
