Brake Master Cylinder Filter - removal

does anybody have any idea how to remove that filter inside? I tried using two fingers as instructed on an video. I can move it but I just couldn't take

I tried using two fingers as instructed on an video. I can move it but I just couldn't take it out. Thanks.
