OEM Front Endlink Install Question

I just swapped out my front left endlink with a new OEM replacement. I know that adjustable endlinks require the wheels/preload to be set a certain way for installation, but wanted to confirm that there's no issue just slipping in the factory endlink. I couldn't find any information online.

OEM doesn't have adjustment, you just need to torque it to spec, which is 84 ft/lbs
