KW V3 Questions

Hi everyone, starting the build on my car with the KW V3 and SPL FUCAs (and many other fun bits) but had a couple questions on the KW V3 install. Would appreciate any insight here!

1) What are the torque specs for FRONT coilover piston rod?
2) How are you supposed to fit a torque wrench for the front coilover piston rod while also not spinning the rod? (I ended up just using a Go-Thru socket to torque down the nut while using a smaller socket to hold the piston still, was able to get it torqued down to 5 threads... but not sure how you're supposed to torque it to specs...)
3) The REAR KW struts come with two nuts attached to the coilover piston rod (top). Are both nuts supposed to be torqued to the specified limit?
