Help Tein coilovers drive HORRIBLY!!

Hi, I installed a set of Tein Street Flex on my 370z and the car drives much worse than the previous setup which was "supposed" to drive pretty bad considering what I paid for (Godpseed lowering springs with OEM sport shocks which had 83k miles on them). The valving is set to 16 clicks clockwise (max) and still, the car is way worse on cornering compared to the previous setup or the stock setup. The body roll just feels like a Buick from the 90's. Is there something wrong I'm doing? Perhaps the preload is not sufficient? Thanks

Body roll is controlled by sway bars and springs. Dampers do not change body roll they dampen the sudden movements from bump pavement. There is a reason those springs cost a third of what a decent set would costs.

Read this, it isn't too long and very informative for the beginner.

1) What do you mean by drive "worse"? Are you talking ride quality? what are your spring rates? The Tein FLEX is a pretty entry level coilover and they're nothing special. Your Godspeed crap is the bottom of the barrel stuff though

2) What other suspension modifications do you have?

3) Did you get an alignment? This doesn't affect "roll" but will affect cornering ability

4) who installed your parts, were they competent?
