Koni shock question
just installed Koni yellows all around and had pre existing switf springs. My front seems a noticeable amount lower than it was on the OEM shocks. Has anyone else had this happen? Wasn't wanting to lower the car any so this was unexpected. Thanks

Sorry to say, unless something was wrong before... shocks do not change the height of your vehicle... that's springs.
:iagree: |
It might be you just noticed the springs settle, shocks do not change the ride height.

Shocks may make a small difference in ride height because of a difference in gas pressure in the shock but I don't remember there being much of a difference in height when I switched to Konis. I didn't take measurements though.

It's been reported that the front Koni lower spring mount is about 1/4" lower than OEM. So the car sits about a 1/4" lower in the front.
