sounds like you're buying calipers to buy calipers
not because you're interested in correcting a particular problem or improving a lap time

whatever, its your money

but if you can't even afford the rotors . . . can you REALLY afford the calipers?

I don’t know what you are trying to imply but I just bought a set of Z1 rotors that was why asking if the calipers will fit with Z1 rotors

OptionZero 08-22-2019 12:40 AM

I'm not implying anything

Im saying straight up you seem like ur tryna save a buck and hope a square peg will fit a round hole

The brembo Gt calipers are made for OEM sized rotors, it's even described that way on the z1 website listing

The others are made for bigger rotors

I can say with confidence that upgrading front akebonos only to bbk is not only interesting but fantastic ride. Had full confidence in braking lap after lap from 130+mph with zero fade and great balance. And best part was driving 2 hours home with butter smooth brakes with no sign of pad deposits left behind that would be causing judder. Ferodo ds1.11 and xp8 combo matched pretty well. I should add I have yaw sensor delete. My new personal best today at njmp thunderbolt was 1:33.2s.
