KW customer service

When I wrecked my car, one my V3's got destroyed. I called KW this morning and was able to purchase the spring, spring perch and strut directly from them. I just got tracking info from them. It'll be delivered tomorrow. Oh yeah, free shipping also. How's that for customer service. :vuvuzela:

It's also nice to be able to go directly to the manufacturer and be treated so well. I think he felt sorry for me when I told him my car currently has BC coilovers on it . :rofl2:

Congratulations this is the first positive comment I have heard about them in a long time. If you are on a budget the BC coilovers are not that bad but they are not the best for a little more coin you can get better coilovers.
