People need to stop getting lowering springs without getting better dampers. I have some Koni Yellows that are basically brand new that you can tune to soft for comfort and hard for sport if you want and won't break the bank unlike coilovers. Plus they are designed to last with lower springs ESPECIALLY the Eibachs that you have. Those stock dampers are a ticking time bomb. On the softest setting they are actually more comfortable than stock (but with your springs I do not know if your experience will be the same since mine are paired with the stock springs).

I have MCA Reds, they are a great coilovers and it is comfy in street, specially on soft setting. Having them as local to you is a plus.

Yea there is a MCA dealer close to me, who suggested the MCA street essentials for me.
I understand that will give me the best comfort while providing performance. But I want to know can any of the other MCA like the Street Ultimate will offer better performance but yet can be still tuned with custom valving for good comfort? |

I have not tried them so I can’t say how they really are but you may look at the RSR coil overs. They’re same spring rate as OEM so that should not be too much different. From there maybe Fortune 500 or BC BR since both are 10k/8k you’ll get a little firmer front and same as stock rear. Of course calving has a major effect but those are the closest to oem spring rate coil overs that I know of.

Annex Suspension Coilovers is what your looking for. Just installed them AND THEY ARE MORE COMFORTABLE THAN STOCK and I didn't even get the Swift spring upgrade. I highly recommend these to beginners to intermediate guys that are either getting their first coilovers or are getting new ones. Thanks for the reply guys. I went with Street Ultimate from MCA, because they are loca. But when I was ordering them from a website, I never got any options to choose for anything customization. I asked the supplier was there anything I was suppose to chose for customizing, he replied No because MCA already have the 370Z profiles setup and they can do everything on their end.

So I don’t know quite as much about suspension on cars as others here, but I’d say you can have either performance or comfort; not both. When my 370 was stock, it was more on the comfort side. Though performance wise I’d say it was decent. I now have ARK coilovers which made it a lot more stiff. I can feel pretty much every bump I hit, but it’s not that bad. The only time it really feels stuff is if I hit a decent size bump or hole in the road. Handling and performance wise it’s great, my front end won’t dip at all if I slam on the brakes and it stays flat when I turn.
Though I’ll say this too, like someone mentioned in the thread; you could go for a Lexus. I’ve driven a Lexus RC and it was nice, but overpriced. If you have the extra money, you could get a new RC with all wheel drive and drop a supercharger in it. You’ll have some speed, performance and comfort. Let's just say I was pleasantly surprised to not have my teeth fall out when going over the same rough roads I use to brace for back when I had my stock suspension. It's the same with the KW coilovers or the Powertrix coilovers (with the swift spring upgrade). Now I'm going to upgrade my seat because the stock seats are bad for your back and I need a seat to hold my head in place because my neck hurts from the higher cornering speeds now lol

Idk if it's from height but I'm 6'3" 185, I'm built like a twig lol. I try to properly make the bottom front of the seat be at the highest point, push my bottom as far back into the seat as possible and push my head back into the headrest with both hands on the wheel with my wrists being able to go over the steering wheel. My lower back still starts to hurt after an hour or two of driving and I've never had this problem when I had my Z33 or M3. I do have a desk job which is why I do squats and hypertensions so I don't end up hobbling around like quasimodo like most people with desk jobs lol.
I even drove my Z33 cross country from Maine to San Diego. I think the driver seat design of the Z34 is just not that good.

I think Nissan designed the seat terribly on purpose because they know drivers wouldn't be in the car too long because they'll have to keep pulling over to have the car cool down from the poor oil temperature management lol.

I have a set of bc coilovers with the swift spring upgrade and I really like the ride quality along with the performance. Prolly one of the best coilovers I have ever owned.

Well, I must say the MCA Grey Street Ultimates I got are bloody stiff as hell.
I feel every single bump and crevis in the road. Wasn't the best choice as now realise I do prefer the comfort. But hey this was the first coilover I ever bought. |

These appear to be fully rebuildable locally to you so it shouldn’t be too hard to customize your setup And maybe you should ride in other cars with other setups to see what you prefer And have someone else drive your car to weigh in You may be better off with a Lexus, given your posting history
