My garage has already been called Rusty's Little Shop of Horrors for some of the weird stuff that has come out of it over the years.

So I will completely agree with the fact that I can see why clearance is an issue and that it is the shadiest of shady moves for Z1 to delete reviews, However, my top hole that attached to the sub frame wasn’t an issue. I can see why it sucked for Rusty since he’s running solid bushings but I feel that anecdotally most people are probably running white line or Z1 diff bushings(me) or some sort of poly bushings so at-least that won’t be a problem.

They may have moved the bolt hole up top. You can't see it in that pic.

Honestly have no clue if anything has been changed on it. All I know is that to install it all I did was lift the diff and maybe half way thread the bushing bolts and the brace bolts that go into the diff itself, then halfway thread the brace-bolt into the subframe. Once everything was threaded I torqued down the bushing bolts and the brace-cover bolts. Then I torqued the axles and drive shaft then at the very end i torqued down the brace-subframe bolt. I can definitely see why it wouldn’t work for some people but it did for me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

What, that they don't fit for crap and need modifying or the video. I got that. The part was sand/media blasted
to remove all paint. The B in the part was welded up. The part was then clearance for the FI exhaust. Once the fitment was good, the part was repainted and installed back on the car after it dried. Last edited by Spooler; 07-24-2019 at 12:41 AM. |

I was supposed to install mine awhile back and forgot the box. I've looked at it and it's looking like it may fit. I'm thinking that because the damned Motordyne vbands are capable of all kinds of jackassery in that area. It's right where the 45 degree bend out to the hubs is located. On my car the exhaust kinda hangs down there so thats why I think there may be some space. But with my luck I'll dryfit it and it'll look like a go then as soon as I remove the bolts it'll be impossible.
