To be honest if I were about to choose between SPL and Nismo I'd pick Nismo, at least here in EU. If there would be an accident an insurance company may inspect vehicle if it was road legal. If the inspect will see label `Nismo` there's high chance that he'll assume that's OEM part and road legal IMHO.
