Hey guys I am in the middle of re greasing the back of brake pads and hardware since I have been having some squeaking going on. It’s on my g37S coupe, same calipers as the Z sport. Anyway my first question is the brake grease I got here. Will this be ok to use on the shims and back of the pads along with the edges and a bit on that outer spring plate? Permatex ultra brake parts lube synthetic.
![]() Also I was wondering is there a good way to try to clean the edge of the piston that contacts the brake pad? And also the boot? They look pretty dirty but I am not sure if I should touch it. I just scrubbed around it. Thank you!! ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
