Too much of a difference in the measurements. I had them in the freezer for 2 days, and even heated up the arm it' self. No luck. The bushings need to be machined to a smaller diameter.

Oh, the instructions say to measure both the bushing and the hole. Confirm that the new bushing is between 0.001' to 0.003" (0.025mm to 0.76mm) larger than the bore on the arm. If this tolerance is out of spec. Please contact SPL for a replacement busshing.
All of the other bushings that I have replaced. All were within specs. Finally found one that isn't.

No kidding. Almost scared to drop the rear sub-frame now.

I have days like that. But hate it when it runs into weeks.

Been in contact with SPL today. I kind of surprised them. After talking to them. They ask for measurements and pictures. They got both. The early thinking is that Nissan did a running change somewhere in the model years. SPL is looking at their arms that they have and are doing some measuring. They said that they will take care of me. And make some new bushings.

The drama continues. Got my new replacement bushings today. They are the correct diameter. BUT are about a 1/4" too short. So now I have to call them tomorrow again.
1st pic. The wrong diameter, correct length. 2nd pic. The correct diameter, the wrong length. 3rd pic. The correct length, the wrong diameter. 4th pic. The wrong length, the correct diameter. 5th pic. Reset the calipers to zero on the short bushing. 6th pic. The difference of the 2 bushings.

I can finish this now. Called SPL when I got home from work. After talking with Turner again. It's ok to use the replacements bushings. So I installed them in the arms. After centering the bushings in the arms. After mearusing the distance. It's less then 1/8". Which is ok.
