Wheel alignment and pulling while braking

I recently purchased a certified used 17 nismo with ~8500 (carfax stated it was a fleet vehicle :/)

I noticed i have to hold the wheel to the left to keep the car straight and if i center the wheel to the center it pulls to the right...the local mechanic said the alignment was fine and ended up cross rotating my front tires but the issue still persists. Additionally, the car seems to pull sometimes left or right on somewhat hard braking.

Any ideas what parts to inspect or what might be causing it? I presume it needs an alignment anyway but will this resolve the brake pull?
