Cannot bleed rear caliper... help?
I bled all 4 corners of the Z on Sunday.
Issue: The rear caliper's outer bleeder screw does NOT bleed no matter how much it's "opened" - Only the inside bleeder screw bleeds. Thoughts why this might be the case? |

This.
It's probably got a booger in it. I replaced all of mine when I bled them awhile back.

Remove the bleeder. Use a small drill bit held with vise-grips. Use this set-up as a hand drill to clean out the holes. If no dirt. You have a problem in the caliper.

I used to find the bleeders full of crap. I just drilled them out. Every once in awhile. I had to replace one. Used to find alot of screwed up new replacement parts. Spark plugs with no threads, thermostats with no springs, shocks that you could the shaft out of the body, etc.

Replaced rear caliper bleeder screws, making only slightly a mess of my garage in the process.
Everything working / bleeding fine now.

Old ones "look" okay, but must have some booger in it or something. Still have them laying around... lemme check!
