I think you get the greater range of toe adjustment by drilling a wider hole where the bolt goes.
I installed my coilovers and rear camber arm but didn't install the toe kit. The corner balance is so worth it. I had them make the rear of the car slightly higher than the front. Left right 51%, 49% and front rear 54 46.
