Car pulls to the left

I have a 2014 370z, base sport with 6MT, 9000 miles. I have taken it to the dealer 3 times for pulling to the left, each time they have realigned it and found no other issues. The last 2 times they stated it was not aligned right before and this time they tried to tell me that slight pulling to the left was normal for a z (never saw this with my 300zx or my 350z). It's been covered under warranty. It drives fine for a bit but then is pulling to the left by 6 months

take da car to a speedshop dat does alignments for race cars. the Z should NOT track to one side, it tracks perfectly straight without holding the steering wheel. and the steering wheel should be 100% pointing at Noon.

maybe you have a bad bushing or something too..

could be a bad tire issue, Id swap fronts R to L and L to Right and see if it still pulls, if it doesn't tire is bad

On a flat surface, a good alignment will pull to the left a little to compensate for the crown found on most roads. On most roads, it shouldn't pull at all. My guess is that you have some worn parts or the person doing the alignment is incompetent. I suggest getting your alignment checked by another shop/dealer.

it is correct about the crown the road.

My bet would be that the alignment machine isn't accurate. It probably needs to be calibrated.

Use another reputable shop is a good recommendation.

To OP, just exactly how much it is pulling?

Without the specs it's all speculation. Do you have any specs at what it was set to? If camber and caster are set equal then there should be no pull cause by alignment so then you have to look elsewhere. Tires, brake drag etc.

You need to have them show you the actual alignment numbers. In the middle lane of a 3-lane highway the car should track perfectly straight. If it pulls to the left, perhaps it has been aligned to compensate for the crown in the road as was mentioned, which IMO is incorrect for this type of car, but that's just me.

I'd take it to an alignment shop that knows what the **** they're doing, personally. You gave these guys 3 chances to fix it, try something else.

I wouldn't expect alignment to be covered under warranty, unless maybe they found a bad bushing/part, but the alignment itself is a maintenance cost you pay as the owner. In any case you've given them enough chances to fix it for free, if they could... Go pay ~$100 to have it done right and start enjoying your car instead of worrying about the alignment!

yah my car tracks perfectly straight from day one. a little crown of the road doesnt make much of a difference unless i can literally see the crown while driving.

Swap the front tires left to right, right to left. And report back. You could have what is called a radial tire pull. You have 9,000 miles on the Z. I don't think anything is bad, unless you hit something. And post your alignment specs.
