Car pulls to the left

Check tire pressure, front and rears before you do anything. Lots of shops will do the tire pressure trick to cheat a bad alignment and make your car track straight.

This one may just be a moron and got the alignment right but the tire pressure wrong. Their morons in either case, take it to another shop.
