Eibach Sway Bar Settings

I just purchased front and rear EIBACH sway bars. I have already installed the rear on the middle setting but after looking on the forum I can't seem to find

I have already installed the rear on the middle setting but after looking on the forum I can't seem to find if the softer or stiffer setting on the front is better or worse for daily street driving. I know there's only two settings and I can trial and error my concerns but I would rather get some feedback from the community.
