Help! With Lowering Springs And SPC Camber
 

Hello everyone I will be picking up a 2009 nissan 370z this weekend and I will be lowering it with some Tein S Tech Springs. Now My question is do I also need to buy the rear SPC Rear Camber kit and Toe Bolts with this lowering Springs? Thanks to everyone who can help.

YES, although I would use SPL parts.

sorry to hijack, but similar question. If I were to get the Tein's, should I need to worry about front camber? Or do these springs not drop it enough to screw it up too bad?

Also, do you need the arms and toe bolts, or just the bolts? (for the rear)

You won't need one for the front.

Great! That's what I was worried about, since the kits I've seen have been $400+!

So do I just need the toe bolts or those and the arms on the rear?

I needed camber arms in front and I used springs that dropped the car less than Teins do.

I had Teins on mine before I went with coil overs and all I needed were the rear camber arms and toe bolts. I think you can make some general assumption about our car set up, but until parts are installed and measurements taken you don't really know.

That's the rub. There's enough variance in tolerances from the factory that some cars need the whole setup, and some don't. The catch is that you end up re-doing all of the spring install labor to add arms after the fact if you end up needing them. So it's either extra work if you DIY and paying for an alignment twice, or even worse, paying for the install twice if you farm out the wrenching. It's almost big-picture cheaper to get them up front and just install them.
