That's horrible noise have you tried calling Z1 and ask?
Why waste money to make your z sound like it's falling apart.

Good thing I did not consider buying this. Stuck with the oem arms, aluminum lightweight and works perfectly.

I just had a set installed a couple weeks ago (street) and haven't had any issues. Did some very spirited driving this weekend too.

I did not install them myself and the shop did say it was a pita to do the alignment.

Sorry to hear you're having problems with yours

Can you still ask Z1 for a refund? Yours might be defective if you already greased it.

I'm sure it's very annoying to drive your Z hearing that sound.
Hopefully you can resolve this with Z1 otherwise ask help from forum admin to interside for you.

Just thought of this but did you replace the bolts on the power steering res.? Maybe the original bolts aren't clearing and are getting hit?

Default Ball joint broke

Well my drivers side ball joint JUST BROKE. I just put these on a few weeks ago very few miles. Not looking very good for Z1's upper control arms.
Thinking I should have spent the money on SPL's.

looks like ball joint bolt backed out. seems like a pattern with them. They have revised them and if you check the install instructions on their web site the revision date was this month!

I think I bought mine from Z1 around the same time you did.
Some kid there today told me the email from Spencer was mistakenly sent out and there's no problem with their FUCA that were purchased recently.

Well, I just heard from a member who got theirs on 4/8 and Joel told him the factory used the wrong loctite on the ball joints

My driver side fuca is making some serious clunking noises. I'm afraid to drive the car after reading some of the posts in the other thread about these arms.

Something fishy going on here.
