Default Help with Coilover install!!!

So, I was installing my coilovers I recently got and after finishing the front moved to the back of the car. Now, for just basic info on my car, it is a base coupe 2013 370z with 16,000 miles on it. So, went to remove the rear driver side oem shock and the rubber bushing was spinning with the bolt... what do I do? I searched this forum and this problem wasn't really common, but was very common on the 350z.

Clean the threads with a wire brush, spray tons of lube on it, and hit it with an impact.

You got to spray lube between the bolt and the bushing. Then use a long screw driver or pry bar on the end of the bolt to push it out, while using an impact or wrench to turn the bolt.
