1. I'd start by taking everything off and then cleaning everything up from the wheels to where the discs mount and everything in between. Find the instructions for installing brakes and make sure nothing is missing from any of the steps. Make sure to note which pad went to which rotor side when you take them off and anything unusual. Sometimes even the best installer messing something up or something gets loose.
2. If the problem persists, resurface the rotors. This will remove any pad deposits on the rotors. Bad braking habits, pressing and holding the brake pedal with hot rotors and pads even for a short time, will leave deposits on the rotors that cause uneven wear. 3. If the problem persists, replace the rotors. Very bad braking habits, driving hot brakes through big puddles or hosing them down after driving will cause rotors to warp over time. Use cheap blanks for replacement, unless your doing tracking you don't need more then good pads and fluid, and even that's a stretch. Slotted and/or drilled rotors are more problems then benefits at that point. 4. If the problem persists, sell the car. And get a prius because your doing it wrong. |

Running around doing some hot driving. Coming up to a red light, holding the brakes on tight. Causing a high spot.
