OE Camber Issue, Parts Advice Needed Please
 
I've owned the car under 2 weeks, it needed rear tires which were worn from inside out. Everything is 100% OE and staying that way. Upon having an alignment done yesterday the tech. could not get the drivers side less than -2% (at max adjustment) so he set the passenger side to -1.7%. He noted the condition of the suspension seemed fine. The before passenger number was -1.4% and tire still wore unevenly. My goal is as close to manufacturer's -1.2* or even less if possible.

I've searched and found rear camber links but then also found SPC camber/toe bolt kit as described below. It says the camber cam bolt allows for +3* to -3* adjustment. Will just these bolts fix my issue? I'd prefer not getting into new bars if possible, unless that is an easier install than the bolts. I see the toe bolts require grinding but haven't found the DIY for camber bolts yet. If my toe is in spec. do I still need the toe bolts for when I try to "straighten up" the camber? Thanks for any help you can lend !

This kit uses a larger cam washer to achieve greater adjustment than the OE toe cam provides. In order to take advantage of full toe adjustment mark the area to elongate the existing toe slot with template provided.

Your rear camber specs are close to mine after installing swift springs. Does your car have aftermarket springs installed? If your toe angles are in specs then you should be fine without toe bolts.

As post #1 says, its all OE and that's the problem.

I'm simply trying to find out which of the camber bars or camber cam bolts are the easier install for camber correction. And, I discovered (via search) positive camber adjustment may lead to toe adjustments beyond the OE toe bolts capability, thus potentially requiring aftermarket toe cam bolts as well. I'm also trying to confirm the latter. Thanks

If all is stock,,, on rear;max out your camber eccentrics to the most positive amount & adjust your toe to spec...a little positive (do not set rear toe to 0 , or your AZZend will be swaying around under hard-higher speed acceleration).
your ending camber result will be around -1.7*
on the front-only toe can be adjusted & camber should be around -1.0*
These cars are designed for handling & driving on twisty roads.
to get more +camber in rear,you have to purchase rear camber arms (SPL etc...) and toe bolts are recommended.
Then you can set your camber where you want it......If you are doing burnouts/the inner part of your rear tire will wear faster,,,,normal driving should not affect tire wear on rear.
Only Launching the car off the line will.

Thanks sir, just looking to get the rears as close to factory min. camber spec. as possible to save the insides of my new tires.
