There was a picture of his car, fully compressed (and scraping I think) in a corner with oem setup

Suspension for improved lap time...
Konis yellow shocks alone will make a huge improvement in lap time. I was recently watching some of my old videos on oem shocks and I forgot how bad they were on the track. With Konis, getting on and off the gas won't slide the car like it will with OEM shocks.
If you only want to do one upgrade for under $1k, do Konis. Best bang for the buck in terms of lap time imo. Also keeps your ride quality near stock. If your budget is a little higher, get the Hotchkis front sway bar, then Konis, then camber arms. Better to make one change at a time and see how things feel. I say to do camber arms last because that's the most difficult to adjust. With Konis, it's just turning the knob between sessions. Last edited by zpower86; 01-14-2016 at 11:03 AM. |

Correct, I have an upgraded front sway, but that's it. I'll have some front camber once I get ahold of kyle...
