2016 nismo brakes

any sugestions on replacing my stock rotors for some 2 piece cross drilled lightweight rotors and can I still use the oem calipers and does the nismo have the upgraded nismo brake pads they offer on nissanwebsite

In unsure on the brake pads. As far as 2 piece rotors for your car i would suggest Z1 Motorsports z1 has been work on zs for years. They have a wonderful brake upgrade kit for our car with 2 piece rotors, SS lines, fluid and pads of your choice.

and should I go with just slotted or cross drilled and slotted and whats the difference ,why would I choose one over the other

Don't get drilled rotors. They crack.

Exactly. Just slotted.

The Z1 upgrade package is a good deal... You can upgrade it to 2 pc. rotors and pick from several different pads. Comes with fluid and SS lines too.

Just my 2 cents from my recent upgrade,
Upgraded the sport brake package with Z-1 two piece front rotors, slotted /drilled combo. Nismo Pads, Brake ducts into the wheelwell area. Had the brake ducts connected into the backing plates previously but when I saw how the Z-1, 2 -piece rotors have freed up hub area to allow a better flow of air through the vanes of the disc, I did away with the hose connections and decided to trim the backing plates, Besides the hoses start to tear up over time and have to be replaced, I' m sure others may have other opinions but for but I don't feel there is an issue here. Also the stock brake lines work fine for the street, just up grade the brake fluid.
As for the rear, went with a standard 1 piece rotor slotted and drilled, matched dam close to the front, The rear 2 -piece are expensive and I couldn't justified the cost vs benefit.
That's my set-up and I'm happy with it!
