I think it would be worth it with fresh paint and three coats of clear and using Cquart for the top layer. .Worth it for $265 for the whole service?

I highly recommend that it's done with the calipers taken off and prepped and polished before painted..it's the very best and worth it. ..Instead of the traditional way of it being painted with the calipers still on and using G2 or duplicolor. .
