Default SPL toe arm installation help

Hey guys,
I recently purchased a set of SPL rear toe arms. The arms are ridiculously long, a significant amount longer than the stock ones. Has anyone else run into this issue? I'm thinking the company I bought them through, sent me the wrong part. I'll attach a picture shortly.

Did you convert your car to a true coil rear? You may just be confused because the oem toe arm is the spring bucket.
