paint right on to a rusty rotor, please help

Awesome that saves me $50. I'm gonna just use the stop tech pads that I bought. I didn't want to ruin them, now that I'm positive I won't I'll just put them on. I sprayed three coats of hi temp caliper paint on the rotors as well. Not sure if that makes a difference.
