If you mean Sunline Rear spats, as Seibon makes two replica sunline and nismo I believe then Diffuser can be fitted with Sunline spats, there seems to be some gap in curves from pics as pics are from one customer in Saudi Arabia so havent seen in person

very little because diffuser exhaust cut part if slightly bigger to accommodate quad tips, but can work even with stock exhaust tips

Do you have any picture with stock exhaust, preferably directly from behind to see how the stock tips positioned inside the openings?

This is with stock exhaust but then not direct from behind, can arrange a pic without tips from same car but it has invidia exhaust now.
