Do you need to have the rear spats to use the vortex generators?

There are some guys that had it on a stock bumper and Nismo.

They're custom one offs for a member here iirc. They're very, very nice, and also very very impossible to get unless you have a pair made yourself for a very very large amount of $$$. :tup:
