That is correct....as long as you have some basic 12V wiring knowledge and a bit of mechanical ability. You can build your own harness to activate the tail lights.

I will suggest Heat Shrink and Solder over any other method. You will have much better results and less problems.

i have one of these lights and took it to nissan.. after 3 hours of waiting they still didnt know how to make the light work... i want to tap it into the brake light to use it as a brake light ... seems like no one understand that.... is there any diagrams on how to hook this up???
