I've tried multiple times to get LCR to send me the tail light that fits in the amuse rear wing that they make and they will not answer me. They are ignoring me for some reason. I purchased the wing from someone on Craigslist and it did not include the light or the template to mount it. I asked LCR for both and they just ignore me. Not very good customer service if you ask me. Anyone know where I might be able to find these items?

Your inbox has been full sir. But to answer your question, the light comes from a toyota corolla. We buy our lights in bulks of ten. Sorry but we do not sell it sepeartly. We sell it with the Wing and not by it self. IF you go to your local toyota dealer they will be happy to order it. Regarding the template, there is no template that comes with the wing. We advice a body shop install the wing. It is very simple, but also a big deal because you will be drilling into your trunk. I am not sure if there is a DYI regarding the wing. Hope that helps.
