I checked my e-mail, and there is nothing in either spam/junk or inbox since your initial confirmation receipt and tracking number message on the 5th, but I'll take your word that you did and the system broke.

Still better than Z1 Motorsports, who is a day away from me yet took a week to get my Intakes in, and still haven't gotten my Exhaust to me, despite ordering 2 weeks ago. They aren't even responding to me, now.

Canadian shipments have been very slow lately. It's to the point where I'm thinking of cutting off orders or using UPS which I know you guys hate. It's almost not worth the hassle...

When did you order?

A couple of weeks ago. I would suggest FedEx. May be a bit more money but it should be a small and light package. (no pun intended LOL).
I personally would have paid for FedEx 2 or 3 day delivery. Never had an issue with it.
Maybe just make it at least an option for Canadian orders and let the buyer decide?

First Class is not meant to be a fast service it's one of those economy services. Usually they get there quick, but you never know. All I can do is get them out of the door quick on my end.

If anyone in the US needs or wants their bulbs quick select the priority shipping option. This is a 2-3 day service and I've never seen them delayed in the 4 years I've been shipping.
