I think you can turn them on/off unlike Canadian models. I will have to do more research on it. I don't have one myself. My tester told me there were running lights and there are also turn signal lights.

Honestly I don't expect much from them just a nice led color. The bulb is so small it's hard to mount some of our brightest leds on them like with other cars I offer them for.
