What really impressed me was the level of customer service. There was a defect in the adapter for the trunk light. Even though it was the weekend, Jon responded to my PM and even gave me his cell # to describe the problem. I was really impressed by that - he responded as if it were an expensive and essential engine part! I will be doing more business with Third Gear Performance in the future.
