I've been selling LEDs for about 2 years and only receive a less then 10 LEDs back. Our failure rate is .5% and i would expect our LEDs to last Years, not months.

In general LEDs (as a technology) have insane lifetimes compared to incandescent lighting. If an LED fails early (the LED itself, rather than the driver circuitry or whatever), it means it was being overdriven with more voltage than it was designed for (which I imagine some of these companies might do, to get a little more initial brightness out of the setup, if they don't care about long term failure rate).

If you get a visor replacement, I'd like a couple.

PM me your address and take a picture for me to prove it. The truck light doesn't really need to be stuck to anything. just place in there and it'll stay fine. Please PM me

Just got mine in the mail today. The upgraded Red option for the maplights, and a normal white trunk light. Install was dead easy, took about 10-15 minutes to sort it all out, using nothing but a small screwdriver to help pry open panels. On the maplights, you want to pop the frosted white plastic pieces themselves, not the rest of the assembly. Once you carefully get something under the edge of them they snap right out.

The trunk light is nice, brighter and whiter than stock, will be nice for rummaging around back there at night. I'm super impressed with the red maplights. I've only tried them closed up in the garage to simulate darkness so far, but looks like they'll work out perfect for providing a little interior lighting without hurting the driver's night vision the way the stock lights do.
