I have the carbon fiber trunk lid on a base 370Z (I am completely ignorant to the install process)- can I still install the NSM wing?

That's a good question, what wing(s) if any can be installed on a CF hatch. I'd also like to know.

Phil, do you have any more pictures of the white Greddy Z's rear angles (showing the carbon wing attached to the carbon deck lid)? I am trying to decide which wing to get.

Thanks!

ANY wing can fit on the carbon trunk, but it must be installed professionally!

I'm sorry I have no more pictures of the GReddy car.

I don't think the fit question was right. I guess the right question is "can the carbon hatch/trunk hold up/not break or crack from the weight and wind drag at highway speed of a larger wing than the stock sport" ?

I contacted Julio at Seibon directly- he offered a little information, saying that you can install any of the wings on the carbon hatch, it should be installed "professionally," and that the installer should use some sort of backing or bracing material when installing the wings. He did not elaborate any more on that- I would love to see someone's hatch where this was done, however, for reference.

All the carbon fiber parts are styled after the originals.

SR=Sunline Racing
NS=Nismo S-tune
TS=Top Secret

Yes the carbon hatch can support aftermarket wings. To ensure the hatch does not crack I would add additional supporting brackets.
