Got my side blades in... and now I know why it took so long. They refinished the damaged ones they sent me and shipped them right back to me. So

Got my side blades in... and now I know why it took so long. They refinished the damaged ones they sent me and shipped them right back to me. So much for, "I'll get you a new set out right away".
On the one that was damaged the most; Instead of the ends being carbon fiber, they look spray painted black almost. It fades out quickly, as if they just refinished the ends with bondo or some crap and re-cleared over it. The crack that was in the middle was sanded down, and re-cleared. I can still see where it was. I'm not sure how these will look once installed... maybe nobody will notice, which is probably what they we're thinking when they shipped them back to me refinished... Not quite what I expected for the money. Live and learn I guess. Sucks tho, because I really wanted their Type III wing!!
