The US guys seem to use 4th which was correct in the days of 5sp gearboxes but the 370z 6sp has 5th as the 1:1 ratio. This is why the power differs. The only problem with running 5th is that the dyno may not be able to handle the wheel speed associated with running to the end of the gear as it's up around 200km/h
