Just wondering if the current owners and future buyers miss not being able to get the OEM 19" Rays with their Z.

Heheh, show me an Aussie that hasn't complained about the lack of Rays option.

I know that 370Z is a great car, but the 18" now don't do it justice - not having a go at the car, but the 19" would round off this package perfectly IMHO. Hopefully Nissan Oz gets their act together and offer 19" on the car, as std or option.

I guess they don't want to push up the price and the 18s probably give it a softer ride, less road noise. Optional would be great but I don't think it's going to happen here. We are a tiny percentage of their overall market unfortunately. I haven't heard if any changes to 2010 Oz model will happen yet. But yeah, considering they have things like "headlight washers" as standard makes me scratch my head as to why they didn't include 19s as standard!
Hard drive and ipod connection would have been great too. I just want my damn Z already! It's going to be outdated by the time I finally get it lol |

As good as they 19" Rays look. I would have replaced them anyway. So i was never that fussed. But for people that aren't into aftermarket wheels, it's a damn shame.

But now, when the wheels are not available and looks like will not be available for the 2010 either, the aftermarket is the only option. Ps: not quite aftermarket -Saw this 370Z, on this forum, with the R35 GT-R rims - damn, looked unreal. |
