Nav system issues

What year 370Z do you have? I have just gotten off the phone with my local dealer (Duncan Nissan in Perth, WA) regarding some problems my 2009 is having.

Whilst I don't see Bluetooth issues, I have seen:

North orientation changing (track car position vs. always north)
Address book sort order being forgotten
Time to destination (12 minutes) vs. time at destination (9:15PM) randomly changing

There is a firmware update for 2011+ which has an SD card for data, but mine uses a DVD player mounted behind the driver's seat. The map updates (v19 from March 2013) doesn't have firmware updates with it and is only mapping data.

I have my car booked in for next week to have them look at the GPS under the extended Nissan warranty and will report back their findings.

Can you give more information around the firmware updates you found for the US models?
