Who's this legend?
Hey guys,
Funny story: Got a phone call from my salesperson today, to see if everything went well with the 1000km service. He told me about some dude from NT, came all the way to Adelaide to pick up his 370z to drive back to NT. Jason(salesman) calls the dude to find out if everything's well... our legend told Jason,"Yea, no worries, and I found out the car will do 240km/h effortlessly" If you're reading this and if this is true, whoever you are, you're an absolute legend. I envy you... hahaha:icon18: |
I've hear stories that they're limited to 180km/hr, but will actually pull 196km/hr. Any comments on this?
Would it vary between manual and automatic transmission? (I know, the easy way to test it out... but I don't like the idea that my car will be impounded under WA's "hoon laws" if I'm caught). |
i thought the G's and Z's had a speed cut off at 220 km/h... i passed it..... kept on going... then i stopped...lol.... it was freaking me out
|
nogoodname, what speed did it cut out at in the end for you?
Also, were you driving the Australian-spec car (I notice you're in Montreal)? |
Canadian spec, i did hit 240.. it kept going... but i stopped... didnt feel like going any faster
lol..opps... wrong region i'm in |
Lol wow nt from sa that would be one long boring drive but not in his z I guess haha well I thought ours were limited at 250-255 I may be wrong though.
|
hahaha what a story!!
Im in queensland... i once hit about 240/250 which was suprising as I thought they were limited much lower... i wasnt too keen/ran out of road to try and go past that but I cant see it going much further anyway? |
