Default Help required from my 370z brothers

Hi guys, I'm somewhat new in terms of a 370z owner and require some help from some of u friendly people.

So I have recently been playing around with my Z, as lets admit it, it is our pride and joy! "Big boy toys" as i like to call it.

Anyway so i've had my hi tech cbe put in, and am going to settle with just putting in the drop in K & N filters, as i dont think air filters really add THAT much more power (for the price that you pay). Anyway I have also just ordered the blacked out pearl emblems (nissan) for front and rear of my vehicle, plus the blacked out 370z emblem. I have also purchased headlight tints and L.E.D lights for my headlights. In addition to this I have also purchased ultra blue LED parking lights and interior package lights. Btw my 370z is black in colour in case it wasnt clear by now.

So here's the thing guys. I have shitty 18" standard alloys on there right now. I definately want to go a black 19" on there. Even the 19" rays powdercoated I dont mind. (the reason i want 19", and not any bigger is because i dont mind the tyre size, just the look really- plus sydney roads are like a 3rd world country). So anyone got suggests for a good 19" black wheel that looks mean and within budget? Or perhaps someone willing to sell their 19" rays (sydney or brisbane/GC area)??

Also wat other performance upgrades can I do without making the car much more louder (dont mind gruntier tho!)??

Cheers guys, any help would be appreciated!

Other than the high flow panel filters (and maybe smooth intake tubes) the best bang for the buck modifications are high flow cats or test pipes, but both will make the car somewhat louder (less annoyingly so if you get resonated HFC's or TP's).

Another option are lighter stickier tires (try AD08's?), and the lightest wheels you can afford (might want to stick with 18's for that...)

Best bet is to speak with Sam@TPH (TyrePower Hawthorne) from the zclub.com.au site

Default wheels and sizes

You may want to consider staying with 18's, depending on how you view performance and handling... an increase in tire size and rim size increases un-sprung weight... in simple terms, it screws the handling...

if you are looking for improvements in handling then tires are a must, semi-sicks will change the car... do not go any larger than 19's it will distroy the handling, might look good but will screw the dynamics of the car... I can't say this enough... the base package is a good place to start.

spend some time considering what you really want from your Z...

I have owned a number of supercars, including lotus's the Z is the best baseline package on the market today and for another $15k it is a supercar killer... I nearly brought a GTR but the dealer was a ****, so another dealer got my money and $15K gave me GTR performance... with a shot of NOS my Z has 580bhp...

drop me a line if you have any handling questions...
