front window rain issue

have anyone encounter this problem with the front window during rainy day... it seems that the rain make my window vision unclear....even though i've used the wiper it doesn't move

370z_2910 Base Member Join Date: Sep 2009 Location: BRUNEI Posts: 127 Drives: 370Z Rep Power: 16	front window rain issue have anyone encounter this problem with the front window during rainy day... it seems that the rain make my window vision unclear....even though i've used the wiper it doesn't move smoothly upwards during driving instead it gather around the window... just bought new set of wiper and still having the same issue.. anyone have the same problem..
