Blasphemy!!

Let's put it in perspective.

If there wasn't this 19" issue, you and so many others would still be overjoyed at having a Z.

I know I can't really talk as I've been recently blessed, but I clearly remember the pride, love and confidence you and others had with your Z's before the wheel issue...

Really. How long would it have been before you went the custom wheel path anyways.

Also in a few months they'll definately be 19"s for sale and it'll be cheaper than losing 10-15k on reselling your Z.

Just my $3.70 worth...

Don't shoot me! haha

I'm thinking about freeing cash up for other reasons too like buying more real estate. Just call me Ben!

Maybe I should just wait for the next flood?

I'm thinking of sticky taping pictures of the 19's onto my wheels like that kid did on the Ford Territory commercial. Then I'm gonna drive to Carlos Ghosns house, bitch slap him, crap in his rose bushes and pee on his shoes. Or, dress up as a woman (which I frequently do on Saturday nights) seduce him, make him fall in love with me, make him propose then leave him at the altar with just a photo of the real me next to my 18" shenanigan wheels.

Something i noticed on the new Roadster... the knee bolsters are the fake suede material not the vinyl we've got... wonder if the new coupes have them as well...

then i wonder in america if they the suede will match the interior colour...

Hey guys! First post, Woot!

So I've made some initial inquiries on a new Z, and so far I'm looking at $65,000 for a MY10 and window tint, arriving in the country end of April. I have my preferred choice of black from 2 dealers, however, one of the dealers has a quartz coming on the same boat. He called head office to find out some details on the quartz, but could not find out any info on it.

Does anyone know: Is it simply the quartz colour, not the actual 40th anniversary edition car? Regardless of whether its the 40th anniversary car, is it the same paint being used on the European quartz, ie. self-healing paint?

Thanks for any advice offered.

Hi mate. 65k is a great price!

The quartz is the same colour as the 370Z but as far as the Nissan bulletins say, there is no mention of the self heal paint. If I recall, this is only on the latest G37s.

Also it's just the 40th anniversary colour, not the other bits and pieces.

Don't quote me but I think that there is a 40th anniversary quartz black available too as it was a choice on their computer when my paperwork was printed.

Are you in Melbourne? If so which dealer have you been dealing with? I might be able to enlighten you on a few questions that they 'can't' answer for you..
